Most leaders don’t need to be digital experts.

Modern leaders already have many of the strengths required for great digital leadership. Equipped with a little bit of extra knowledge, and clear frameworks for thinking about technology decisions from a leadership perspective, you can be confident leading in a technology enabled environment. Our Leading Digital Workshop can be delivered over three virtual sessions for mixed cohorts or as a whole day immersive workshop for individual organisations. Attendees come away with a tool kit for digital leadership, a 90 day action plan, and a follow up call at 30 days to check in on their progress.

We understand that technology can be an intimidating subject for leaders. It’s one of the reasons Longitude Advisory came to be - observing leaders who avoided technology conversations for fear of saying the wrong thing.

Our Leading Digital Workshop is jargon free and focused on the underlying principles that make leaders successful in a constantly evolving digital world - curiosity, continuous learning, impact focus, and humanity.

Our workshops are a friendly and safe environment to learn with peers, ask your burning technology questions, and develop your tool kit for digital leadership.

Attendees willl learn a clear framework for thinking about digital capability in their organisations, examine real world decision scenarios, and leave with a personalised 90 day plan for applying these tools in their own role.

A complimentary follow up call is available for all attendees to check in on progress and answer follow up questions.

  • We deliver workshops in two formats; online and in person.
    Our online workshops are delivered over three weeks, with one 2-hour session each week. These are available for anyone to participate in.
    Our in person sessions are delivered as a one day immersive workshop. These are available for organisations to purchase for their teams. We travel across Australia to deliver these workshops.

  • Contact us to check when the next available workshop is running. If there’s no availability now, we can put you on our waitlist.

  • The online workshop is $1,200 per attendee. This includes access to all of the materials, online and delivered to you in hard copy (it’s much easier to follow along without all of those tabs open!), and a follow up call after 30 days to check on your progress.

    Group discounts are available, just get in touch to discuss.

  • Connection and quality of delivery are paramount in our Digital Leadership Workshop. To achieve the best experience for attendees, we cap our numbers at 12 per cohort.

    Sometimes, this means you may have to wait a little longer to attend - we promise it’s worth the wait!
