Longitude Advisory exists because too many capable leaders are asked to make technology decisions without the clarity they need to do it well.
I started the business after spending years working at the intersection of technology, governance, and leadership, and seeing the same patterns repeat.
Technology decisions were often made in a vacuum - often shaped by urgency, vendor influence, or technical detail, rather than a clear understanding of capability, risk, and outcomes.
At the same time, many leaders avoided engaging with technology decisions that were too technical missing the opportunity to shape organisational outcomes for fear of saying the wrong thing.
The reality today is that we are all leading in a technology-enabled environment. Longitude Advisory supports leaders to embrace that reality, providing the clarity and context they need to make confident technology decisions that drive organisational success.
My background as a Chief Technology Officer, Board Director, and a technologist have shaped an approach that delivers actionable advice without shying away from the technical.
