What is it?
A complete review of the way your organisation uses technology.
We’ll begin with an assessment of your current Digital Capability Maturity - we look at more than 75 measures to understand where things are now.
Then, we’ll move on to a strategy session with your leadership team to craft core principles for digital technology in your organisation, and your maturity target state.
Finally, we’ll prepare a roadmap that will guide you from where you are now, to where you need to be. Our advice is clear, jargon free, and actionable.

The Review Process
The Digital Capability Review is a 6-8 week program delivered in three phases: Gather, Review, and Deliver.
Active participation from your team is a key ingredient for success. Before we begin, we’ll work with you to identify who will need to be involved - it’s a small time commitment, just an hour or two for most stakeholders.
Before we begin, you’ll recieve the Agreement, initial invoice, and a non-disclosure agreement. All of our client work is confidential.
Gather
Our Digital Capability Maturity Model takes more than 75 data points into account—that means we have to do a bit of discovery work.
Before we begin, we’ll ask your team to send us a list of documents. If you don’t have some of them, that’s okay. After we review those, we’ll conduct a series of staff interviews at all levels of the organisation, and release a confidential staff survey.
Assess
Now it’s time to get into looking forward. In the Assess stage we’ll take the relevant decision makers through the initial observations and insights. We’ll conduct a strategy session together to identify where the organisation needs to be to achieve it’s goals, and the role technology plays.
Deliver
We’ll deliver the consolidated findings and recommendations to the leadership team. You’ll recieve a tailored roadmap to take you from the current state to the target state we identified together in the Assess phase.
We’ll be available to support your team over the following three months as you work towards implementing the roadmap, and realising the true value of digital technology in your organisation.
